We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and purchased directly from our official website to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the return process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the skincare items in their original box or a similar mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
